Blue Glazed Stoneware Ceramic Multi Purpose Medium Jug

Hand thrown on a traditional potter’s wheel with speckled stoneware, these rustic handmade ceramic jugs are designed to be both functional and attractive. Each handle is unique, being pulled in the traditional way, with a delicate arch making them easy to hold and pour from. The throwing lines left by the potter’s fingers are emphasised by the glaze that collects in the texture, inviting you to touch and hold. They are an ideal pitcher for family breakfast milk, but are also great size for cut daffodils or tulips, to make a table centrepiece or a gorgeous window display.

These jugs are not subject to our usual 4-6 weeks delivery as they are made and ready to go, so will make an ideal gift for a discerning friend. There are three subtly different shapes, two have ‘beachcomber’ bases and one has the more standard turned foot ring.
